Serves 1

1 ripe avocado

1 clove garlic, smashed and chopped

1 lemon

Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Optional: Pinch of red chili flakes

2 slices of millet or sprouted Ezekial toast

In a bowl, combine avocado, garlic, juice of lemon, salt and pepper. Mash with fork until well combined. Spread on toasted millet bread, garnish with red chili flakes.
