2 cups of green beans

2 tablespoons of  toasted sesame oil

Slivered, blanched almonds

2 tablespoons of Tamari sauce (wheat-free soy sauce)

Wash and snip ends of green beans.

Boil a medium pot of water. When water is boiled, add green beans and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Drain.

In separate small bowl, whisk sesame oil and tamari. Add mixture to warm beans.

Garnish with slivered almonds or toasted sesame seeds.

Serve warm.
