6-8 Heirloom Tomatoes, different colors and sizes
1/2 Lemon
A generous amount of cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil
A handful of mixed herbs (basil, chives, tarragon)
A dash of sea salt and pepper

Slice tomatoes, dress with lemon and olive oil and chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
