FOR THE PAST DECADE, Tribeca has become a breeding ground for young families, refuge-seeking Hollywood stars and real estate honchos on the hunt for kid-friendly eateries, anonymity and space, respectively. But more recently, the downtown neighborhood has quickly become a hotbed for luxe membership-only gyms, juice bars, restaurants boasting seasonal menus and health food takeout joints that cater to their every need–and dietary restriction. Below, we’ve uncovered the top destinations where you can get a fresh vegetable juice, a gluten-free lunch and even a $900 workout.

JUICE

Kaffe 1668
This candle-lit coffeeshop might be mistaken for a yoga studio thanks to its dimly-lit airy space, but don’t be fooled. Java offerings include Direct Trade Intelligentsia brews, a myriad of herbal teas and quasi-healthy treats like whole wheat croissants and housemade chocolate truffles. Green-leaning customers flock here for their high-quality cold-pressed juices and raw food meals. Our favorite? The Amazing Kale, a potent mix of pineapple and greens.

Magic Mix Juicery
This all-organic pressed juice bar and takeout joint has quickly become a sleeper hit among the downtown raw foodie tribe. We love their superfood smoothies like the Mayan Warrior, a blend of almond milk, banana, cacao, dates, maca and cinnamon.

SWEAT

Tracy Anderson Method
Helmed by Gwyneth Paltrow’s secret weapon and business partner, this members-only gym offers the ne plus ultra in dance cardio and caters to A-listers, alpha city moms and well-heeled fitness acolytes alike. Classes include dance cardio, band cardio and muscular structure classes with custom-designed programs offered to each member.

Bari
Founded by an ex-Tracy trainer with a variety of classes based around the Bari Method, this studio has your fitness routine covered. We especially like the hybrid class, which blends together everything from dance cardio, and trampoline to micro resistance training to give you a sweaty well-rounded work out.

KP Dance Body
Developed by former ballet and hip hop dancer Katia Pryce, this high-energy class mixes interval training, muscular training with choreographed dance moves. Ever want to learn the steps to Rhythm Nation? Look no further. Our favorite? The standing abs portion where we channel our inner music video vixen.

RESTAURANTS

Locande Verde
At bonberi, we’re not shy about touting chef Andrew Carmellini’s rustic Italian fare. It may not be considered “health food,” but thanks to the fresh produce and attention to local ingredients, we’re lifelong fans. Our favorite at this impossible-to-get-a-reservation eatery? The sheep’s milk ricotta with sea salt and herbs (just ask for crudite if you’re gluten-free) and all of the delicious vegetable sides like sauteed broccoli rabe and roasted potatoes.

Mulberry & Vine
With a mantra like “Eat Local, Cook Global,” it’s no wonder foodies, locavores and health nut alike flock to this casual spot that serves deliciously healthy fare like amaranth porridge for breakfast and daily farmer’s market specials like roasted cauliflower with house made green sriracha and farro salad with eggplant and feta.

SPECIALTY MARKETS

All Good Things
Tribeca’s answer to the specialty market-meets-food hall, this gourmet hideout lures the epicurious thanks to its clever sampling of fresh groceries and specialty foods from Dickson’s Farmstand Meats, Cavaniola Cheese Shop, Nunu Chocolates, Blue Marble Ice Cream and more. Word has it they’re adding a juice bar this fall…

SPAS/SELF-CARE

Ten Over Ten
We can’t get enough of this boutique nail salon helmed by the owners of our beloved but now-shuttered clothing store Mick Margo. Still, we get our style fix here thanks to their impressive stock of art house fashion mags, iPads at every table, complimentary green tea and chic polish selection including RGB, a line of Formaldehyde-free varnishes.

Aire Ancient Baths
Housed in a massive underground space, Aire offers Tribeca’s take on the tradition Turkish Hammam. With sprawling high-foot ceilings and exposed-brick, this spa boasts a plethora of plunge pools, steam rooms and thermal baths.
