Serves 2

2 1/2 pound filets of wild king salmon (choose organic if wild is unavailable)

1/4 cup of Tamari gluten-free soy sauce

1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil

Few drops of stevia or 1 tablespoons of raw honey or maple syrup

Juice of 1 lime

Whisk all ingredients above and pour over salmon filets in an air-tight container. Dredge filets into sauce on both sides and refrigerate from 1 to 3 hours.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook salmon for 15-20 minutes or until medium-well. Serve over steamed vegetables with an optional poached egg. Enjoy!
