Ingredients:
6 cups mixed ripe berries
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup raw walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup raw almonds, chopped
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
Zest of 1 orange

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ΒΊ F. In medium bowl, mix berries with cinnamon and orange zest. Place berries in a deep baking dish. Mix coconut flour with sea salt and baking soda in a large bowl, until well mixed. Stir in the coconut and nuts. Melt the coconut oil in a small pan over low heat, then add the syrup. Stir the melted mixture into the flour/nut mixture until well blended. Crumble the mixture over the berries. Bake for about 30 minutes until topping is golden brown. Serve with coconut ice cream!
