Loaf of hearty sourdough bread (any crusty bread will do)

2 cloves of garlic, peeled and sliced in half
1/4 cup of good extra virgin olive oil
1 mixed bunch of fresh parsley and basil
Sea salt/Black
pepper 

Slice bread into thick 1/2 inch slices. Take garlic clove and rub both sides of slices of bread. In small food processor, combine olive oil, parsley and basil and salt/pepper to taste. Using a brush or teaspoon, cover both sides of every slice of bread. Place on grill until toasted and somewhat charred on both sides. Enjoy immediately!
