BONBERI LEAN MEAL PLAN (PREVIEW)

DAY 1

Morning: 1 glass of warm water with lemon and dry-brush

Morning Juice: 16-32 ounces of Spicy Tropical Green Juice

*Take-Out Option: Greens + Earth Juice from Juice Press or Supa Dupa Greens Juice from Juice Generation

Mid-Morning: Bonberi Lean Smoothie

*Take-Out Option: Rainforest Smoothie (no coco oil) from Juice Press or Mr. Greengenes, sub almond milk for orange juice or water (almond milk does not combine well with fruits)

Lunch: Summer Chop Salad with Bonberi Lean Honey Mustard Dressing

Snack: Choose 1 Bonberi Lean Snack (not protein based)

Mid-Afternoon Snack/Early Evening Snack

Choose 1 Bonberi Lean snack (not protein based)

Dinner:

  •   Large Salad with shredded romaine, sliced cucumbers, shredded carrots, shredded raw

beet, ruby kraut, steamed broccoli,  1/2 avocado and sliced radishes dressed with Creamy Green Goddess Dressing (You could wrap this salad in large nori sheets for a fun, handroll/salad feel)
