This dressing is all in the name. It goes with everything, salads, steamed veggies, rice, toast, literally everything! It’s an homage to that yummy dressing you find at hippie joints and yogi cafes around the globe where you can’t put your finger on what’s in it but you could literally drink it. Sound familiar? Now make it stat.

2 tablespoons of tahini

2 tablespoons of Tamari sauce

2 smashed garlic cloves

1 bunch of fresh dill

1 bunch of fresh chives

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1/2 lemon juice

6 tablespoons of ice water (more or less depending on how creamy you like it)

Sea salt and black pepper

Combine all ingredients until creamy. Season with salt and pepper as preferred.
