This is might be the foundation recipe to all of Bonberi. Unless I am away with no access to a juicer or juice bar, I have this every single morning without fail. There are certainly variations depending on what’s available or what’s in my fridge but I make sure I have at least 16 ounces of this juice every day as well as my son and husband. It ensures an alkaline basepoint for the day and sets you on the right path, even if you veer off later. Feel free to get creative!


4-5 leaves of lacinato kale
4-6 stalks celery
1 head of romaine
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lemon (if you like it really tart, do a whole)
1 Fuji apple
2 green apples
Optional: 1 knob of ginger
1 handful of cilantro
1 bulb and stalk of fennel

Juice and enjoy!
