In Paid Partnership with Planet Oat

COME SUMMER, I AM ALL ABOUT THE FROZEN DRINKS IN ALL FORMS. This one is a tad more indulgent than my green smoothie but a major throwback to my milkshake days. Loving the non-dairy options Planet Oat has made including my favorite summer treat, blueberry crumble! I figured why not take it to the max! Here we added our own gluten-free and dairy-free house-made blueberry crumble to take it over the top.. Serve with a spoon or straw!

1 cup Planet Oat Blueberry Crumble non-dairy frozen dessert

1 cup Planet Oat Vanilla non-dairy frozen dessert

1/2 cup Planet Oat Vanilla Oat Milk

Blueberry Coconut Oat Crumble Topping:

1/4 cup of shredded coconut

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of sea salt

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut or avocado oil

1 tablespoon lemon zest

2 cup of blueberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add blueberries to a small baking dish. Coat with maple syrup and lemon zest. Add coconut/avocado oil to oat mixture and use hands to crumble. Spread crumble mix on top of berries. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned. Let cool completely and transfer to a bowl.

Blend ice creams and oat milk until creamy but still a very thick consistency. Spoon into a mason jar or large glass. Spoon crumble mixture on top. Add a couple fresh berries. Serve with a thick straw and a spoon! Enjoy!
