jugofresh – The best cold pressed juice bar in Miami, jugofresh offers more then the traditional green juice combination. With menu offerings that include acai bowls, raw ramen, smoothies and tonic shots, they have succeeded in elevating raw food to a culinary level.

Athens Juice – The old school classic. What juice bars used to look, sound and taste like, Athens offers traditionally made centrifugal juices and some of the best fruit salads.

The Juice Spot – The newest juice bar on the scene, but already gaining a start studded following thanks to owner Savannah James (her hubby is Miami Heat forward Lebron)


Juice and Java – Great for breakfast or lunch. We love their made to order juices and large salads.

Carrot Express – Fresh healthy food, we love this local spot for lunch. Well situated across from Lincoln Road, it’s a great shopping stop off.

Icebox – In the newly popular Sunset Harbor neighborhood, Icebox offers loads of healthy options so you can indulge in their incredible pies and cakes! Trust us, it’s worth the splurge.

My Cerviche – Relying on seasonal local produce, My Cerviche is the perfect grab and go bite. You’ll find creative and fun Mexican inspired fare.

La Sandwicherie – Classic and as good as ever. This small counter serves up simple salads and sandwiches. Don’t miss their homemade house dressing, we can’t get enough!

Panther Coffee – Specializing in small batch roasting, Panther’s coffee blends are strong and full flavored. We love it for their vegan treats and almond milk selection.

Mandolin Aegean Bistro – One of our favorite restaurants! Everything from the homemade dips, and salads, the fish, the lamb, even the desserts are spectacular! Great for lunch or dinner. Special feature: Check out their organic garden beside the restaurant where they grow their own herbs and vegetables.

Joe’s Stone Crab – Another classic. A trip to Miami is not complete without Joe’s. The snow crabs are the obvious choice, but we also love their chopped salad, coleslaw, and selection of sides.

Cecconi’s – This beautiful restaurant in the Soho House will transport you to Portofino with their light Italian fare and airy elegant setting.

Toni’s Sushi – Neighborhood sushi joint with high quality fish. Known to locals as the poor man’s Nobu.

Michael’s Geniune – Locals and visitors alike love this restaurant for their rotating seasonal menu and commitment to supporting local farmers, ranchers and artisans.

Sardinia – This cozy Italian restaurant takes their inspiration from the classic italian enoteca.

Zuma – Modern Japanese at it finest. If you can get a reservation, we salute you.

Huahuas– This spot is not a traditional health spot, but they do have great taco salads with kale! So it’s very easy to make your meal healthier there. The Guaco taco salad is a great vegan alternative to traditional mexican fare.


Apple A Day – One of the oldest health food joints in Miami. With a sizable menu of juices, smoothies and salads, it’s perfect for lunch.

Epicure – Stock up on amazing prepared foods and shop this classic grocer.


Russian Bath – It’s no frills, but if you are looking for a good sweat and detox this is the place! Give yourself at least an hour to explore the different hot and cold rooms,

Standard Spa – While it can become a scene of who’s who on the weekends, The Standard spa is a great stop over for a little detox time in their hammam, steam and saunas.

Canyon Ranch – Not surprisingly, Canyon Ranch’s facilities are unbelievable with an array of different steams, saunas, rain showers and jacuzzis.

Club Essentia – This ‘wellness retreat’ in the penthouse of The Delano offers more then your traditional run of spa offerings. With liquid IVs, nutritional testing, and medical treatment it’s best described as a spa-like doctor’s office.

Dr Levinson – A great doctor who is very much into diagnosing the bodies weaknesses, like detecting food allergies and developing proactive programs like vitamin regimens and special diets to enhance the bodies natural ability to self heal. He also offers a range treatments in his office, one involved an oxygen chamber. Note: he is very hard to get an appointment with.
