  • You Eat...Plants? Follow up edition. Red cabbage, Persian cucumber and grape tomatoes dressed in olive oil, Dijon and lemon // red lentil penne mixed with roasted zucchini and cauliflower, then dressed in olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper and nutritional yeast, sprouted grain toast with smashed 🥑 roped w lemon juice and smoked chili flakes. Could eat this dinner erry night 😋😋😋

  • Just greens(broccoli rabe, kale, spinach), first quickly blanched then sautéed, not overcooked, not undercooked, hit with olive oil and shallot (didn’t have garlic) seasoned with sea salt and a little black pepper had some chili flakes, then more olive oil 🍃🌿🌱

  • “What I Eat in a Day” when I’m not juicing til dinner lately has been either about 30 ounces of green juice (kale celery ginger pineapple) or the Bonberi green smoothie, or both! After my coffee (usually a extra hot latte w low-fat @oatly) Then a few hours later one of these @bonberionbleecker as a late lunch with soup. When I get home from work it’s “pre dinner” usually some raw crudités then a green/bean/grain for dinner! It’s easy to think of meals that way, hit each category and pick your poison when it comes to herbs/spices to make it Italian, Mexican, Indian, Asian, Middle Eastern.. the varieties are endless 🌎🌎🌎

  • As we were about to brush our teeth before bedtime this little guy whips out the most beautiful OM with prayer hands. Something I’ve never seen him do or even taught. 🤯He turned it into a game hopping from one corner to the next but still chanting the unifying sound of the universe, the ancient sound that means nothing and everything at once. He is not a yogi baby by any sense (quite the opposite🤪) but he surprised me here and we went with the game of it all. It was a teaching moment for me that 1) what you don’t force but live might just turn up when you least expect 2) our practice looks different and comes at different moments for each of us. For some it’s discipline and dogma for some it’s pure joy and fun but it always is as it is. There’s no one right path to peace. And man, isn’t that great?
