Yoga studio:
Yoga Vida, Katonah Yoga in Chelsea, Jivamukti

Juice Bar:
Juice Generation
and Juice Press. I’m a yoga teacher I’m at every juice place in the city.

Restaurants/meals:
Brunch is one of my favorite meals out. Since I’m less into the nightlife socializing, I love a ladies brunch. The Smile, Peels, Five Points. For dinner I like this spot Glaze Teriyaki it’s inexpensive but really good on 4th Ave and 13th. The guys who owns it takes my classes at Yoga Vida. I get brown rice and vegetables with spicy teriyaki. PeaceFood Café for the gingerade and the magic cookie. Hu Kitchen is great too.

Self-Care: I get facials at Bloom Skin Care in the East Village. I’m obsessed with my skincare regime. I get manicures and pedicures religiously at just the local spots in my neighborhood.

Beauty Product: I like the LiveLive Skinfood cream and Dutchess Marden serum is amazing.

Workout Clothes:
Lululemon is a must. I wish the Stella McCartney for Adidas was more functional, everything I’ve tried on is see-through. I would love to wear it, but it doesn’t work for me at all. Yoga Vida t-shirts and Tanya B sports bras are the best.

Designer:
My favorite clothes in the world are made by The Row.

Sneakers:
I wear my Nike Flyknits and New Balances
