HEALTHY RESTAURANTS:
Souen for Jappa Soup and Chef’s Salad with extra sesame dressing; Hu Kitchen for the miso-kale salad and Egg-Bacon-Kale Sandwich; ABC Kitchen for their kale salad and ricotta squash toast; Dig Inn for a veggie bowl of brown rice, lentils, spinach, kale, carrots and a green juice; Candle Café for their Tempeh-Kale-Sweet Potato Sandwich and Almond-milk teacinno latte; The Butcher’s Daughter has the best kale salad.

SPA:I recently had a facial at Erno Laszlo and it was one of the most luxuriating experiences. My skin felt like silk and they were so knowledgeable and sweet. They even have a line made with spirulina!

GYM/YOGA STUDIO:
Equinox for gym. I just love the way it smells menthol-y. For yoga studio, I love Yoga Vida. It’s so chill and only two blocks from my apartment. Kula in Williamsburg, I love the vibe, it’s slow and tough. You feel it in every muscle.

JUICE BAR:
Iggy’s Green Juice on the Upper East Side. Hands down the best green juice I’ve ever tasted and he puts so much love into each cup.

GREEN BEAUTY PRODUCTS:
Sprout Wellness face cream is made of shea butter, coconut oil and olive oil and their body scrub, which is made of organic sugar, coconut oil and shredded coconut. Bee Yummy Eye Cream, which is made of olive oil and beeswax and  Karma Naturals Nail Polish Remover. It doesn’t have that harsh, toxic smell and doesn’t dry out your nails!

HAIR SALON:
Cutler at the Gansevoort Hotel.

NAIL SALON:
Primp and Polish in Williamsburg. Not only can you get the COOLEST nail designs, they have organic nail polish! Dark metallic blues are my fave.

ESCAPE:
My sister’s house to see my nephews. They make my heart the happiest. And the Union Square Farmer’s Market. It’s a block from my apartment. Walking by the gorgeous flowers and the colorful, seasonal veggies makes me happy and even more inspired to cook!
