4 ripe avocados
1 red onion, minced
1 jalapeno, seeds discarded and minced (or more, for extra spice)
1 ear of raw corn
Handful of cilantro
Pinch of coarse sea salt and cracked black pepper
Juice of two limes
2 garlic cloves, minced
Sea salt
Fresh black cracked pepper

Cut  two avocados into cubes and mash the remaining two avocados. Combine all four in a medium-sized bowl. Don’t over mix if you like a chunky consistency.

Add lime juice, red onion, corn, cilantro, jalapeno and garlic and mix.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with organic blue or white tortilla chips!
