Best Workout: Pilates on 41st street called SoBe Pilates. They do group classes with reformers. Flywheel, it helps me release everything and let go.

Favotite Island Getaway: Paros. Greeks say Paros is what Mykonos was in the 70s and 80s. I still love Mykonos but it’s a bit more commercialized. Parros is where we had the moment that we knew we wanted to open a restaurant.

Favorite Spa: I go to Eména Spa in the Design District. They use organic product lines. I get my mani/pedis and massages there and when I want to indulge I go to Soho Beach House or The Standard Spa.

Favorite Museum: I’m excited about the PAMM, the Perez Art Museum in Miami, which is opening during Art Basel.

Best New York Restaurants: Jack’s Wife Freda, the Fat Radish and Five Leaves in Greenpoint has a sick kale salad.

Pantry Must-Haves: Iliada Greek olive oil. I love Terra Medi’s greek olive oil and beautiful wine vinegars (white and red). I always gift these to friends because they are Greek of course, delicious and have great packaging

Favorite Miami Restaurants: Makoto for sushi, Salumeria 104 for simple fresh italian, Cecconis and Michaels Genuine for lunch or sunday brunch. jugofresh for their acai bowl and green juices.

Best Markets: We love going to farmers markets on Sundays. They’re are quite a few but our favorite is the Pinecrest farmers market where you can find organic produce, artisanal pastas and cheeses, local meats, and some of our favorite stalls, like, The empanada lady, Proper sausages and Zak the Baker who I heard is opening a bakery soon in Wynwood.
