For breakfast every day we have a kale shake. Everyday that’s what I have for breakfast. When I’m on vacation, that’s what I miss the most. It’s delicious. It’s unbelievable. 

Ton of kale

1 tablespoon of flax seed

Califia almond coconut milk

1 frozen extra ripe banana (if you don’t have frozen, then add ice)

Handful of chia seeds

1 teaspoon raw almond butter

Blend and enjoy!
