4 zucchinis
1 ripe avocado
1 smashed garlic clove
Juice of 1-2 lemons
1 tablespoon of miso
1 tablespoon of Tamari Wheat-Free Soy Sauce
Handful of spinach or kale
Handful of dill
Sea Salt

Cut zucchini into 1-2 inch chunks, add avocado, garlic, miso, lemon juice and water. Blend until a creamy consistency. Add Tamari, spinach and sea salt. Lastly add the dill or herb of choice and blend until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Serve and enjoy!
