Sneakers: Gel Nimbus 15, Asics. There’s a lot of shock absorbency. Nikes are shit for this workout, there’s a lot of false sense of cushioning. Even if the shoe is a bit heavier, it’s going to be better for your foot in the end.

Workout Clothes: Michi, I love them because they’re sexy. It has sheer paneling, you need to look at yourself in the mirror and feel good about what you’re wearing. If you don’t like your outfit, you’re not going to move very well. Lululemon or AA for sports bras. I love Alexander Wang tank tops.

Socks: Adidas

Juice Bars: Mulberry & Vine, Juice Generation, Hu Kitchen and Organic Avenue. I have an obsession with Juice Generation’s Kale & Avocado salad, their gluten-free muffins are phenomenal. The best banana chia seed pudding is at Kaffe 1668.

Massage: i-Plaza on Canal and Greenwich.
