2 Whole Artichokes
4 Cloves Garlic, Minces
2 Tablespoons of Organic Butter or Olive Oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Sea Salt

Preheat oven to 450.

Carefully halve each artichoke and place in a large bowl of water with lemon to prevent discoloration. In large pot, boil salted water. When water is boiling, place halved artichokes in pot and boil for 15-20 minutes until tender. While boiling, in a small bowl, mix lemon juice, garlic and melted butter or olive oil and sea salt to taste. Set aside. Strain artichoke halves. Place on foiled baking street cut-side up. Spoon lemon/butter mixture evenly onto each artichoke half. Season with sea salt. Roast until brown and crispy, about 15-20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
