2 1/2 lb filets of black cod
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
1 bunch of parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
1 jalapeno, de-seeded
1/4 cup of olive oil
Sea salt and pepper

Pre-het oven to 350F degrees. In food processor, place cilantro, parsley, garlic, lemon, olive oil and jalapeno. Blend into a paste. Season with salt and pepper.

Place cod filets on a baking sheet, skin side down. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Cover each filet with herb paste. Cover sheet with foil.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until fish is flaky and opaque. Serve immediately with sauteed mustard greens.
