My favorite waffle recipe for the littles!

1/2 cup almond meal

1/2 cup white rice flour

1/2 cup coconut flour

1 flax “egg”

1 tsp baking powder

Pinch of sea salt

Pinch of cinnamon

1/8 cup avocado oil

1/8 cup maple syrup

1 cup almond milk

1 mashed banana

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix thoroughly. Enjoy!
