For Sauce:
1/2 cup tahini
4-6 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves smashed garlic
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1/2 shallot minced
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Combine all sauce ingredients in food processor. Blend until creamy. Add water as needed to get desired consistency.
