3 heads of romaine, very thinly sliced
3-4 scallions, thinly sliced up to the root
Handful of dill, roughly chopped
1/2 white or red onion, thinly sliced or on mandolin
Optional: 1/4 cup of sheep feta or vegan feta (@miyokoscreamery makes a great one)
Dressing:
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon capers
Salt/pepper


Combine salad ingredients in large bowl. Whisk salad dressing in medium bowl. Pour over salad, toss and serve!
