2 tbsp soy-free vegan mayo
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp tamari
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 grated garlic clove
1/4 onion grated
Water to dilute, little less than 1/4 cup
Salt and pepper
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl and add enough water to get a creamy pourable consistency. Use as a salad dressing on a crunchy salad or dip!
