2 heads broccoli, sliced lengthwise 1/4 inch thick
2 cloves of smashed broccoli, sliced
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
Sea salt/pepper

Caesar Whip
1/4 olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Juice 1 lemon
Handful parsley
Salt/pepper to taste
Optional: 3-4 anchovies Or Dulse leaves
1 tsp grated pecorino cheese or nutritional yeast


Pre heat oven to 400. Massage broccoli stalks with avocado oil, sprinkle w the garlic, chili flakes, salt and pepper. Line the stalks on a parchment lined baking sheet and roast for about 30-35 minutes.

While broccoli is in the oven, combine all dressing ingredients in a small food processor or blender. Blend until creamy. Transfer to a small ramekin for dipping.

Remove broccoli from oven. Let cool and transfer to plate or transfer dipping cup onto baking sheet and go to town!
