In Paid Partnership with ZENB

There is nothing I love more than a pasta salad, two of my favorite things! On the daily, I opt for gluten-free pasta and I’m so excited to discover my new favorite brand ZENB, which is made entirely from 100% whole yellow peas, skin and all! What makes ZENB different is that you can cook it al dente (no mushy mess in my opinion), so it tastes and feels like traditional¬†pasta, making it the perfect and easy healthful swap. Plus, it’s high in fiber, a good source of protein and has 30% fewer net carbs than traditional pasta in each 3 oz serving, so it’s an amazing meal for the whole family.¬†

I’ve been loving all 3 shapes–Rotini, Elbows and Penne–but for this recipe, the Rotini makes the perfect vessel to hold that powerful herby goodness in all the nooks and crannies. In classic Bonberi style there’s a mix of raw veg and cooked to help optimal digestion while a couple sneaky swaps of sunflower seeds and nutritional yeast are dead ringers for the most authentic pesto. (I dare you to tell the difference!)

Check out www.zenb.com to purchase the ZENB Pasta Starter Pack and have all three shapes delivered right to your door ($14.99 + free shipping) to make your own!

With Love,
Nicole
