2 large carrots, peeled and roughly chopped
1/4 yellow onion, roughly chopped
1 garlic clove
1 knob of ginger, about 1 inch thick, peeled and grated
1 heaping tablespoon of white miso
2 tbsp tamari
4 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup water (slowly add to achieve desired consistency)
Sea salt if needed
Top w/ sesame seeds
