Ingredients:
1 cup of silken organic tofu
1 small zucchini chopped
1 large carrot chopped
1 head of broccoli chopped
Tamari
Toasted sesame oil
1/2 cup of Korean rice cakes (boiled and tender)
Avocado oil
Rice vinegar

Directions:
Heat a skillet with two tbsp Avo oil. Add veggies and sauté until tender with tamari, about 4 tbsp. Add tofu and scramble with veggies. Add in cooked rice cakes and a splash of rice vinegar. Drizzle with toasted sesame oil and serve!
