
4 tbsp of finely chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 garlic clove, grated
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp of vegan mayo or 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp cold water
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, whisk until creamy and enjoy! It can be stored in the fridge for a few days.
