1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen berries

1/2 packet of frozen pitaya (dragon fruit)

1/2 – 3/4 cup coconut water

1 tsp coconut oil

Dash cinnamon

Dash turmeric

Toppings: Banana, berries, coconut flakes, goji berries, etc

Pour ½ cup coconut water  into blender (start with more if you are not using a high-speed blender), and then add the banana, berries, pitaya, coconut oil, cinnamon, and turmeric. Blend until smooth, adding more coconut water as needed. Top with banana, coconut flakes, goji berries, or any other toppings you have on hand, and enjoy!
