Buffalo Cauliflower:

1 medium to large head of cauliflower
3 tablespoons of grass-fed butter or grapeseed oil
1/4 cup of hot sauce or harissa (sriracha will work too)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika 

Ranch dressing:

1 cup of vegan mayo
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of dried dill
1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon of salt 

Preheat oven to 400F. Roughly chop cauliflower into bite-sized florets. In a small saucepan melt butter. Pour melted butter or grapeseed oil over cauliflower and massage well with your hands until each floret is coated. Add hot sauce and coat florets well with hands. In a small bowl, combine spices and salt. Sprinkle spice mixture over the cauliflower and massage well with hands until evenly coated. Place cauliflower on baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until browned. Serve with ranch dressing.
