Optional: 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
1 cup of green peas
In a steamer basket, steam roughly-chopped zucchini, broccoli, and cauliflower. Remove from heat and add spinach and two garlic cloves, cover, and let steam off of the heat for another 5 minutes until tender. Transfer all components including one raw garlic clove, lemon juice and basil and mint to blender or food processor and blend until creamy. Slowly add in olive oil and continue to blend until you achieve a luscious, creamy texture. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste. If using, add nutritional yeast and blend again. Serve on sprouted toast or over pasta.
Optional: Can serve with chopped sauteed broccoli or green peas mixed in the sauce!
