 1/4 sweet onion 
1/2 inch fresh ginger 
4 tablespoons of grapeseed oil 
2 tablespoons of tamari 
2 tablespoons rice vinegar 
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil 
1 teaspoon maple syrup 
1/4 cup filtered water 
Sea salt to taste 

Blend all ingredients until emulsified. It’s okay if it comes out a bit chunky/grainy. Serve over mixed greens, sliced Persian cucumbers and whatever raw veg you have on hand!
