I have this smoothie everyday after my workout. It’s full of whole food electrolytes and enzymes to help digest the meals ahead! When I don’t have time to eat a salad, this is my go-to. It’s like kryptonite for any acidity you may encounter later in the day.

Makes 32 ounces / serves 2-4

-1 cup of chopped very ripe bananas frozen (must have the spots!)

-1 firmly packed cup of chopped kale or baby kale

-1 firmly packed cup of baby spinach

-2 cups of raw Harmless Harvest coconut water (this is the only raw brand I know but if you have another that’s not pasteurized that works too, raw is key)

-1 fuji apple, cored, not peeled

-2 large stalks celery

-1 cup of chopped  frozen mango

-1 handful or 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves

Blend on high until creamy consistency. Enjoy right away!
