2 large carrots, peeled and roughly chopped
2 tbsp tahini
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed
1 handful of mint leaves
1 handful of parsley
1 handful of cilantro
1 tablespoon za’atar
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup filtered water
juice of half an orange
sea salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, blend until creamy. Serve with raw crudités!
