4 russet potatoes, scrubbed, skin on and sliced into fries 
1/3 teaspoon sea salt 
1/3 teaspoon garlic powder 
1/3 teaspoon onion powder 
1/3 teaspoon chili powder 
2-3 tablespoons avocado oil

Preheat oven to 425. In a large lidded container or sealed bag, add all ingredients and shake well so each fry is fully coated. Line fries on an avocado oil coated sheet tray. Bake for 20 min, flip and bake for another 15-20 or until your liking. Serve with a massive green salad and dip of your choice!
