Ingredients:
1 cup packed kale leaves (or spinach)
1 1/2 cups chopped pineapple
1 cup chopped pear
1 small banana
1 cup coconut water or almond milk
Optional to add: tablespoon of unsweetened shredded coconut or shot of wheat grass
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and freeze for at least 4 hours (and up to 6 months!) Unmold and serve!
